The site at www.temaco.pl is operated by Gracjan Kolary, conducting unregistered business activity under the brand Stackly by Temaco, based in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

Unregistered business activity is a Polish legal form for small-scale commercial activity under Article 5 of the Entrepreneurs' Law. It has no tax or company registration numbers and is not entered in the business register.

The site presents the services offered, personal projects and contact information. It is informational only.

The content, including the price ranges shown, does not constitute a binding offer under Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. It is an invitation to negotiate and a starting point for an individual quote.

No sales or online payments take place here. Any service agreement is concluded individually, outside the site, after scope and price are agreed.

Submitting the form is voluntary and free. It does not oblige either party to enter into a contract.

Submission requires ticking consent to data processing for the purpose of replying. The second checkbox, covering marketing messages, is entirely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

I undertake to answer enquiries within 24 hours on working days. This is a service standard, not a contractual deadline.

Using the form to send unlawful content or spam, or to attempt to disrupt the site, is prohibited. Rate limiting is applied to protect against abuse.

The demo page presents a fictional beauty salon. The business described, its address, prices and available slots do not exist and serve only to demonstrate technical capability.

The conversation is with a language model, not a person. Answers may contain errors and must not be treated as binding information or advice.

Submitting the form in the demo version does not create any booking.

Do not enter confidential or sensitive data into the chat. Message content is passed to an external language model provider in order to generate a reply.

The content, text, graphics, diagrams and code making up this site are my intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.

Graphic materials from external sources are used in line with their licences, and sources are listed in the CREDITS file in the site repository.

Copying and commercial use of site content without my permission is not permitted. Quotation with attribution is allowed within the limits of the right of quotation.

Tool and brand names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used for informational purposes only.

I make every effort to keep the information current and correct, but do not guarantee completeness. Guidance-type content does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
