Automation and AI agents

I take the hand-clicking work out of your business.

Copying form data into a spreadsheet, remembering to follow up with a customer, answering the same question for the hundredth time. Those are processes, not work. I turn them into flows that run without you.

Describe the process that drags

What you get

  • The process mapped out so you can see where the time goes
  • An n8n or Make workflow wired into the tools you already use
  • An AI chatbot for your website, Instagram or Messenger
  • A voice agent that answers calls and records what was said
  • Integrations: CRM, calendar, spreadsheets, email, payments, invoicing
  • Alerts when something genuinely needs a human
  • Documentation and handover, so you know what runs underneath

Who it is for

  • Businesses receiving more enquiries than they can answer in time
  • Teams retyping the same data between several systems
  • Clinics and salons where half the calls ask about free slots
  • Shops collecting orders from several channels at once

How long it takes

A simple process: 1–2 weeks. An AI agent with a knowledge base or a voice agent: 3–5 weeks from workshop to production.

How I approach this

Where I start

By counting how many hours the process takes per month. If it comes to less than two, I usually advise against automating it — the build will not pay for itself and a person should keep doing it. Automation pays off on work that is repetitive, predictable and frequent. I will say plainly when your case is not that.

What about data security

An agent gets access only to the data its task requires, and every action it takes is logged. I build on a RAG architecture, meaning the agent answers from your documents rather than its own guesses, and shows which document the answer came from. That limits invention, though it cannot be eliminated entirely and nobody honest will promise otherwise.

Will this replace people

Not at the size of business I work with. Automation removes the tasks nobody enjoys and nobody needs to think about. Harder cases still reach a person, just with the context already assembled instead of from scratch. If you are looking for a way to cut half a department, this is not the offer for you.

The voice agent in action

A recording from my own project: the agent answers a call, works out why the person is calling and records the outcome.
